Our research shows that currently about 30 percent of homes have a decent size yard which is used only 40 percent of the time. We are trying to solve this exact problem of connecting people who don't have a big yard with people who have a yard for hosting various events!

What if my yard gets trashed by someone I rent my yard to?

Our unique agreement feature lets the yard owners to generate their own terms and conditions along with any security deposit they want to charge. Owners can choose to have both the parties sign the agreement before they rent their yard out.

How do I know the Yard I am seeking fits my needs?

The Yard owners are expected to add the pictures of their yard along with approximate dimensions. Once your request to rent a yard is accepted, you can reach out the owner via direct messaging.
